The Infrared Burner accessory can be installed on any model Fire Magic Barbecue (from the Custom I to the Elite 50), creating an infrared cooking zone. This allows both infrared and traditional barbecue grilling on the same Fire Magic Barbecue. Add more than one Infrared Burner and increase the cooking zone, or turn the barbecue into a dedicated infrared cooker with all infrared burners!
