Its ceramic inner cooking chamber and outer shell design provides natural insulation and minimizes heat transfer to the exterior of the cooker, preventing burns from accidentally brushing the grill. This dual wall molded ceramic construction also keeps heat in better than many other grills, making it easier to cook any time of the year in any weather. Its stainless steel draft door and lid vent feature numeric indicators for precise temperature control settings that can be remembered and repeated.
